A&E and Carlton Cuse want your help for BATES MOTEL. The TV miniseries will follow a teenage Norman Bates and his mother, Norma. Cuse and company are looking for 15-second video submissions that capture the tone and mood of the show they’re trying to make.
The contest began yesterday and runs through January 3rd. Check out the website here. Here’s what Cuse had to say: “We want to give fans the chance to participate in the show…We’re looking for an awesome fifteen-second title sequence that captures the feel of Bates Motel — not as a slasher/horror show, but as a complex, character-based thriller.“
The winner gets $2,500 and the possibility that their idea will be brought to TV in the title sequence for BATES MOTEL. BATES MOTEL stars Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga, and premieres in March.
