Two of my favorite actors are circling Gareth Edwards’ GODZILLA. While KICK-ASS’ Aaron Johnson is still up for a role, it sounds like BREAKING BAD’s Bryan Cranston and MARTHA MARCY MAY MARLENE’s Elizabeth Olsen are looking to join the massive monster flick.
The film is getting a rewrite from Frank Darabont and is preparing for a May 16th, 2014, release. If Cranston and Olsen join, this film will have secured two of the hottest acting commodities in Hollywood for roles in a monster movie. Oh, how times have changed. Clearly, there will be some serious human elements in the film, other than just screaming citizens.
