Korean director Joon-Ho Bong’s newest film has the potential to make his biggest state side splash yet. The veteran director of THE HOST and MEMORIES OF MURDER has been hard at work on SNOWPIERCER, which is set for a 2013 release date. We got the first official photo from the film, and a bundle of concept art below.
Joon-Ho Bong wrote the screenplay with Kelly Masterson, adapting the graphic novel LE TRANSPERCENEIGE by Benjamin Legrand and Jacques Lob.
The film has a great cast (and a weird title), that includes Chris Evans, Song Kangho, Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Octavia Spencer, Ewen Brewmner, Alison Pill, John Hurt, Luke Pasqualino, and Ed Harris.
