The remake of EVIL DEAD, brilliantly titled EVIL DEAD, will make its world premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas. The festival takes place from March 8th to 16th.
Fede Alvarez wrote and directed the film, which stars Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Jessica Lucas, and Elizabeth Blackmore. Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell were both a part of the process. For the rest of us peasants, we’ll have to wait until April 12th to see the film.
