NBC’s upcoming DRACULA show already has its fanged man with Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Now, it has its leading lady opposite the Count. That would be Jessica De Guow, fresh off a guest star stint on CW’s ARROW. Way to make an impression. The Australian actress appears to be playing the love interest in the following synopsis:
Dracula (Meyers) arrives in London, posing as an American entrepreneur who maintains that he wants to bring modern science to Victorian society. In reality, he hopes to wreak revenge on the people who ruined his life centuries earlier but falls hopelessly in love with a woman who seems to be a reincarnation of his dead wife.
Dan Knauf is the showrunner, and that’s all we know as of now. More details I’m sure will come out soon for the monster drama.
