“Unusual things have a tendency to happen at Limestone College. Especially around Halloween. When Caitlin’s boyfriend gave her the roses, she thought it was a sweet, romantic gesture…until the nightmares started. And the murders. Had Caitlin somehow tapped into the mind of a killer…or had she become a killer herself? With the help of her friends and a campus security guard, Caitlin must figure out what is going on before she loses her mind and anyone else loses their lives…”

This is the first book I have read by Mr. Gunnells and I have to say that I really enjoyed the hell out of it.

In my continuing quest to continue the Halloween season against the onslaught of Christmas I was lucky enough to receive this from Roy Robbins in the mail and am very glad I did.

This is a fast paced, though short, story and Mr. Gunnells manages to pack quite a bit of action, blood, and Halloween fun into the tale.

The spirit of a serial killer, a romantic gesture that goes completely wrong, a very nice twist at the end, great and interesting characters…this is exactly what a Halloween novella should be.

If you are like me and are still hanging on to the Halloween spirit, do yourself a favor and pick up this wonderful novella, you will not be disappointed and I highly recommend it.
