More people seem to be excited for TRANSFORMERS 4 than for any entry of the franchise since the first, in part because it’s a new direction and partly because it has Mark Wahlberg starring. Of course, it does still involves Michael Bay, for better or for worse..
A site with a moniker perfect for this kind of story, Unleash the Fanboy, claims they’ve gotten their hands on a script, and revealed that Unicron would be the “big bad” in the film, which would also feature “Vector Prime, Primus, and some Dinobots. Megatron is also said to return (by “possessing” the body of newcomer Galvatron).”
It’s all rumor for now, but is sure to excite or enrage or leave miffed fans of the robots in disguise. TRANSFORMERS 4 opens June 27th, 2014.
