The Guillermo Del Toro produced animated film, once called DAY OF THE DEAD, has a new lease on life, with a new title: BOOK OF LIFE. Fox Animation is now involved in the project, which is slated for a October 10th, 2014, release date.
Emmy winner Jorge R. Gutierrez will direct the ROMEO AND JULIET meets DAY OF THE DEAD project, which will be up against Pixar’s own Day of the Dead project, which could be the reason for this title switch.
