Jake Paltrow’s (THE GOOD NIGHT, NYPD BLUE, great DNA) newest project, YOUNG ONES, is now firmly on our radar.
The film has cast Elle Fanning (SUPER 8), Kodi Smit-McPhee (THE ROAD, LET ME IN), Nicholas Hoult (JACK THE GIANT SLAYER, WARM BODIES, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, ABOUT A BOY), and Michael Shannon (BOARDWALK EMPIRE, TAKE SHELTER, MAN OF STEEL). All we know about the plot so far is that it’s a sci-fi thriller in a future where water is scarce and is the world’s most valuable resource. Violence ensues.
