Remember that awesome 2D fighting game on SNES (and arcade and Game Boy) from the mid ’90s called KILLER INSTINCT (of course you do!)? Microsoft have just stated via the PlayXBLA website that they have renewed the KILLER INSTINCT trademark!
Here’s the official statement:
“With all due respect to our friends in the media who like to frequent trademark sites, we thought we’d break this one ourselves.
Our legal eagles have authorized us to say: “We have either renewed or refiled a trademark application in various jurisdictions.”
