One of the popular rumors surrounding AVENGERS 2 and the movies following, is that the end of AVENGERS 2 would have the team abandon Hulk in space, leading into the popular “Planet Hulk” storyline.
Joss Whedon, Marvel’s cinematic overlord, despite being keen not to reveal any details, didn’t guard his distaste for the rumor. Here’s his response on Planet Hulk: “Well I’m really not supposed to comment, but no, that’s nonsense.“
We have until May 1st, 2015 to find out what AVENGERS 2 will entail.
