The makers of ‘Friday the 13th: The Game have consistently rolled out updates for the standalone Virtual Cabin – a PC-exclusive which you can purchase for $15. The latest update opens up the door to The Conservatory, the cabin’s first outdoor section. Fans of the game can walk through a campsite that’s full of easter eggs including a beat-up car, a throwback to ‘Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives’ and something very special in the outhouse.

“We’ve unlocked the Conservatory!” the developers explain in a post on the game’s Steam page. “You can now check out props and assets outside of the virtual cabin and get a peek at some of the content you’ll be seeing in-game! The space is rather large, so be sure to find all of the little hidden things we’ve added!”

If you want to see the new area and some of its secrets, look no further than my latest virtual tour video. Keep checking back to the playlist because I make a video after every update.

Friday the 13th: The Game is slated to release this October for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
